Made-to-order terms
- Made when you order. Our hoodies and tees are printed on demand by our print partner after you order. Nothing sits on a shelf, so it won't ship the same day. Printing usually takes 1 to 3 business days, then US shipping takes 2 to 5. In busy seasons, allow up to two weeks. We'll email you tracking when it ships.
- You pay at checkout. Your order is charged when you place it, like any other order.
- Changing or cancelling. Email us right away at hello@harmonyhaven.care. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund.
- After production starts, we can't cancel, but the 30-day return policy applies once it arrives.
- Damaged, misprinted or wrong item. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, at no cost to you.
- More than one piece. Pieces may ship separately. You won't pay extra for that.
- Where we ship. United States only, for now.
- Images. Until we have real photos, we show print mockups and say so on the product page.
