These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase from Harmony Haven, operated by Harmony Haven LLC, Omaha, Nebraska, United States ("Harmony Haven", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We have tried to keep them plain and honest.

1. Using the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because each piece is printed after you order, small variations in color and print placement can occur, and colors may look slightly different on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or correct errors at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or a clear pricing error, and will refund any payment made for a cancelled order.

4. Orders, shipping, and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.

5. Our content

The Harmony Haven name, logo, designs, the words inside our pieces, photographs, and site content belong to Harmony Haven LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

6. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

7. Third-party services

We rely on third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, print partners, and carriers, to run the store and fulfill orders. Their own terms may also apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Haven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
